Introduction:
This type of Polymer Flexible Anode is a flexible anode made of polymer functional materials.
The cable can be XLPE/PVC, HMWPE or Kynar/HMWPE of varying sizes depending on current required and is sized for different situations.
This shape of the polymer flexible anode is similar to that of a cable. The multi-strand copper wire is used as the conductor and the conductive polymer is coated, which not only plays the role of releasing current, but also prevents the copper wire from being resistant to chemical corrosion.

The copper core ensures a low resistance in the longitudinal direction, and the conductive polymer ensures a high resistance grounding in the lateral direction, so that the current in the copper core can only be slowly “dropped” into the ground, so that the applied protective current is polymerized by the copper core through conductive polymerization.

The material layer is released around the protected body to form a uniform protective electric field.
Filling coke around the flexible anode can improve the working environment of the anode, reduce the grounding
resistance of the anode ground bed, and prolong the life of the anode.
